strugling Options

well I got through Thanksgiving, and did ok, but with Christmas coming I'm not doing so well all of the sudden. I have no motovation to decorate or do anything, and have been crying all the time, I miss my babies so much, and knowing I can't have more is very overwhelming......DH is not getting it at all and he's tired of my crying. Sometime's I don't like men very much! it seems so much easier for them.

Mina's 2 birthday is coming up next month and I'm already dreading it, I hate how I feel right now and how things are going, my grief is back like it just happened........

I'm sorry to hear that you are struggling.

Holidays are always especially hard, and the ones that center around children can be even more difficult.

My husband and I choose an child from the local "Angel Tree" each Christmas and donate all the gifts we would have bought for our Angel. It takes the burn out of not being able to buy for him. Service does help with grief, even if it is something little.

I pray better days are in store for you.

Oh how I can relate all to well.... This christmas was so much harder matter of fact ever since the 1 year anniversary I have struggled. I thought it might get easier but it hasn't. A famoly friend did make a tree for kael at the festival of trees which was amazing but I miss him so much!!! I'm sorry you had a hard time as well. How are u doing now? I feel so alone in this process hoping one day it'll get easier! Well wishes and hugs to you!!

I saw the pic's of Kael's tree, so beautiful!!! I'm still having a really hard time, Mina's birthday is coming very soon, and the pain of loosing her is still so raw, it feels like it just happened, I wonder if the shock is wearing off now and reality is setting in.....the first year was hard but this second year has been really bad, grief is very lonely and sucks!!! I don't have alot of support from DH anymore, I'm not sure if its as hard for them as it is for us, he'd just rather forget it ever happened, We don't have a Temple Marriage and no plans of it anymore, so I have no hope that Mina and the other babies will be given back to me, I just don't know.

I did it! I made it through her birthday......it wasn't as hard as I had made myself believe, we had a cake, but I couldn't sing "happy Birthday" that was just too hard, we stayed home, Savannah(8) had to come home from school, she was crying... but once she was home she was better, DH, is being nice again, maybe I was being too harsh, to him for not feeling like I do, but I know it's not the same for him.....anyway thanks for your support!!!!!!!
